Abstract

Research method: The kind of this research is qualitative with phenomenology extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, physical support, emotional support, safely support, skill support, social support, economy support, source of external support, source of internal support, economy support facility, health facility, health support, and positive opinion from society to HIV/AIDS sufferer. Suggest: For Social Department can giving job facility as economy support and preparing health facility. For Violet Community are hoped can giving explain to society about HIV/AIDS which change of stigma. Stigma were badness to be better. Background: Situation of HIV/AIDS sufferer very complex, besides they must to be about their disease, they also to be about stigma and discrimination which to cause motivation of HIV/AIDS sufferer very minimum, so that to experience the problem of physical, psychological, and social until needed comprehensive intervention (medical menthose, nutrition, social support or psychotherapy/counseling). The purpose: The purpose of research are know life motivation and social support of HIV/AIDS sufferer in Violet Community Yogyakarta. according to indepth interview .
