Abstract
Maternal Mortality Rate be one of pub lic health status indicator. Maternal mortality bears in Bantul Residence in th e year 2008 increasing 300% compared to year before all. PWS KIA is a management tool co nsisting of several indi cators for monitoring maternal child health program in a worki ng area continually, so that follow-up can be done quickly and accurately. This research applies analytic research me thod of correlational with approach of cross sectional. Sampling technique is purposive / judgement non propabilita sampling technique is got sample to amount to 41. Statistical test result is got value χ 2 2,302 at df 1 with level signifikansi (p) 0,129.
