Abstract

Tujuan: Diketahuinya hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan pelaksanaan kemoterapi pada pasien Ca Mammae di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta. Studi korelasi ini menggunakan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien Ca Mammae yang menjalani pengobatan kemoterapi di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. Responden sebanyak 33 orang selama satu minggu dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil uji analisis dengan Chi Square didapatkan nilai 0,000 ( < 0,05 ) dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,707 sehingga dinyatakan ada hubungan bermakna dan keeratan hubungan kuat. Sebagian besar responden mendapatkan dukungan keluarga dengan ketegori tinggi yaitu 24 orang (24%),dan pelaksanaan kemoterapi sebagian besar dalam kategori patuh yaitu 31 orang (93,9%). Ada hubungan hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan pelaksanaan kemoterapi pada pasien Ca Mammae dengan nilai significancy p < 0,01 yaitu 0,000 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,707 sehingga dinyatakan keeratan hubungan yang kuat. Kata Kunci : Dukungan Keluarga, Pelaksanaan Kemoterapi, Ca Mammae ABSTRACT: Purpose: to examine the correlation between family support and chemotherapy treatment in the patient of Ca Mammae at Regency Hospital Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta. This correlation study used time approach of Cross Sectional. The population in this research was patient of Ca Mammae who take the chemotherapy treatment at Regency Hospital Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta. The respondents were 33 patients in a week by used questionnaire. The analysis result by used Chi Square got the grade of 0,000 (< 0,05) and 0,707 of the coefficient correlation, so that there was a meaningful and strong correlation. The most of respondents got the family support in the high category they were 24 people (24%) and the most of chemotherapy treatments were in the obey category there were 31 people (93,9%). There was a correlation between family support and chemotherapy treatment toward the patient of Ca Mammae with the grade of significancy p < 0,01 there was 0,000 and 0,707 of correlation coefficient so it was clear that there was a strong correlation.
