Abstract
Family planning is an effort to increase awareness and community participation through the maturation age of marriage, birth control, fostering family resilience, improving the welfare of the family to realize a small family, happy, and prosperous. BKKBN's vision is "All Families Come planning family". From the preliminary study in Panjer Kecamatan Kelurahan RW.I Kebumen where there are 189 PARTNER FERTILE AGE 140 partner fertile age or some 74.07% have become family planning acceptors. The purpose of this study is generally known to the knowledge level of relations with the participation of couples of childbearing age as the acceptors of family planning in RW.I Panjer Kecamatan Kelurahan Kebumen Year 2011.
