Abstract
Knowledge about puberty teens early enough influence on adolescent behavior in responding to change, then the role of teachers and parents are fully responsible for the education and supervision. Adolescent reproductive health goal is to lower the risk of pregnancy and unsafe abortion, reduce transmission of STI / HIV-AIDS, provide contraception and reproductive health counseling. Based on a preliminary study of 10 children from grades 5 and 6 in SDN Ngoto Sewon, with interviews of puberty is known that 8 children (80%) do not understand and 2 children (20%) understand about puberty. The study was conducted to determine the level of knowledge about puberty early adolescent students in grades 5 and 6 in SDN Ngoto Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta
