Abstract
This research showed that most respondents experienced mild levels of anxiety as many as 51 categories of respondents (53.7%). Most respondents had mild dysmenorrhoea categories as many as 68 respondents (71.6%). The conclusion is there is a relationship of anxiety level with the face of menstruation dysmenorrhea XI grade student at SMA Negeri 1 Bantul, Yogyakarta. Large value of correlation is 0.444 with a significant level is 0,000 and the level of error is 5%. This can be done to tackle the problem is to give education on the cause of dysmenorrhea and its management.
