Abstract
Abour 23% the neonatus mortality caused by asfiksia neonatorum with the higher proportion i mortal birth.asfiksia neonatorum in the third mortality effect after premature and infection. Asfeksia will progress every year if the society’s attention still constant. According to the knowledge and the society’s life style/behaviour, their means to face the problem only with principle way, that is birth in maternity clinic and check their pregnancy without knowing the due prequency ANC. The purpose of the research is to know the factors caused asfiksia in new baby birth in RSUD Wonosari. The kind of the research is descriptive. Populationin the researchin all asfiksia babies noted in medical resume in RSUD Wonosari from January to December 2009, totality 246 babies. Sample in the research is 88 babies with the qouta sampling technique. The data analyze doing with univariat. The result of the research is the asfiksia in new baby birth caused by baby’s factor is 64 people (72,7%),caused by mother factor’s 24 people (27,3%) and there is no caused by placenta. Mother’s factor caused asfiksia in new baby birth is pre/eclamsia and postmature pregnancy is 9 cases (10,2%) and old partus factor is 6 cases (6,87%). Asfiksia in new baby birth in babies maternity is 51 cases (58%). Amniotic liquor contain of meconium 1s 12 cases (13,6%) and the appartness congenitas is 1 case (1,1%). The RSUD Wonosari advice to decrease complication to the new baby birth with increase the frequency in check their pregnancy routine to detect early.
