Abstract

Indonesia dengan jumlah penduduk yang semakin meningkat ditekan dengan penggunaan IUD Post Plasenta . Metode : Jenis penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan waktu retrospektif . Tekhnik sampel simple random sampling sebanyak 256 responden. Hasil : Ada hubungan antara keikutsertaan Jaminan ksehatan dengan penggunaan IUD Post Plasenta dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,041 atau P Value <0,05 . Simpulan dan Saran : penggunaan IUD post plasenta berhubungan dengan jaminan kesehatan dan diharapkan bagi peserta Jaminan kesehatan dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan gratis yang diberikan pemer intah salah satunya penggunaan kontrasepsi untuk menunda kehamilan. Background : The rate of population growth can be suppressed or decreased with the use Post Placental IUD. Method : this study used correlation and time approach used retrospective . Sample technique is simple random sampling is 256 respondents. Result : There is correlation between health insurance participation and the use of Post Placental IUD With a significant value of 0.041 or P Value <0.05. Conclusion and suggestion : there is correlation between health insurance participation and the use of Post Placental IUD and expected for participants Health insurance can take advantage of free health facilities provided by the government one of them the use contraception to prove pregnancy.
