Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of counseling to the delivery planning program and complication prevention (P4K) on risky pregnant mother at primary health center of Pundong Bantul in 2015. The study employed the pre-experiment (pre-experimental design) research with the one group pretest posttest design. The research samples were 30 people. The result of statistical paired t-test obtained that p value of 0.000 <0.05 with t value of -5.137. This means that there is a difference between P4K before and after conducted counseling. The differences were the increase of doctor?s help in delivery from (23.33%) became (56.57%), the delivery places from midwife clinic and primary health center (40%) moved to hospital (93.33%), delivery accompanying by husband from 73.33% become 80%, saving for delivery from 76.67 become 83.33%, all respondents have BPJS insurance, preparing car from 23.33% become 33.33%, and all respondents have prepared the blood donators.
