Abstract
To analyze effect of giving a counseling about HIV/AIDS to teenage students’s attitude for preventing HIV/AIDS from 32 samples by purposive sampling from 252 students from all XI classes in 2009 – 2010 school year that have not a counseling and information about HIV/AIDS in SMA Negeri 2 Bantul. The data wear a t-test and normal data with score of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0,000 that smaller than 0,05. From the t-test have got a score 4,470 that more than t table’s score 2,042, the means that Ha accepted and Ho refused, so the resume of the hipotesis that there are an effect og giving HIV/AIDS counseling to XI class teenage students’s attitude for HIV/AIDS preventing in SMA Negeri 2 Bantul have a signifikant tested.
